Do You Have A First Aid Kit?

Camping First Aid Kit

Camping First Aid KitWe want your camping trip to be fun for everyone and hopefully you won’t even need your emergency kit. Just in case, however, there are a few things you should bring for the little things that can happen while you are away.

Bumps, Bruises, Slivers, Minor Cuts, and Sprains
All that running and playing can lead to some minor scrapes. Some things you might like to have on hand are:
Bandages, gauze squares, ace bandages, anti-bacterial cream, tweezers, a small magnifying glass, ice pack, and heating pad.

Allergies, Headache, Cough & Cold, Tummy Trouble, and Sinus Problems
Have your preferred brands to ease symptoms and relieve the issue at hand. Pain reliever, antacids, anti-diarrhea product,  cough syrups and cough drops, anti-allergy product.

Prescriptions for All Family Members
Bring extra medications for family and pets. You never know when you will get delayed on your trip home so having more than enough to get you through is a good idea. Also bring shot records for your pets in case you have to visit a Vet who is unfamiliar with your pets’ health history.

That should be a good start for your camping emergency kit. We look forward to having you come camping with us and we cannot wait to meet you.
